faulty iphone 4 on three network. comes boxed. no signal in uk ?

iphone 4 in very good condition on 3 network but will not receive signal in uk. everything else works fine. comes boxed but has no charger or usb lead. 120 NO OFFERS reply to add with a contact number and ill be in touch. cash on collection only.
