faulty blackberry 9300 +

i am selling my blackberry 9300 it has error code jvm 545 i dropped it in some water... dried it out it did come on then the error code came up.... i have been looking on the internet and all that is needed is to re load the operating system i just dont have the time or patience to do it i am asking 40 for it but will consider any REASONABLE offer
