hello all i have a samsung galaxy portal for sale this phone is for spares or for someone who knows how to fix phones when i power the phone on there is no picture there is only a lit up screen the phone is in reasonable condition although there is a chip on the side of the phone as shown in the pictures the phone is on 3 network but i might be unlocked the phone comes with the battery only if you have any questions please email or text me thanks
